nutmeg drink friendly staff spacious suite
the beautiful suite was spacious for two nights i stayed there. the reception staff were friendly i also enjoyed the nutmeg drink served during check-in. a security guard helped us with our luggage to the lobby.
the lighting in the room could have been brighter it was very dim.

helpful staff spacious room convenient shop
The staff was quite helpful with our luggage and showed us the room. the room was spacious and clean. I found the laundry machines convenient. i appreciated the shop located right outside the hotel. It made getting necessities easier.
the lifts were fast, BUT sometimes very busy when large events happened.

the rooftop pool provided panoramic views. the pool was well maintained and offered a refreshing experience. I observed the see-through section which added a unique and interesting feature to the swimming area.

this stay did not include breakfast. however, I noticed several food courts located near the hotel. these provided varied dining options. a 7-eleven store was also nearby for quick snacks and drinks.

my suite included comfortable beds, which ensured restful nights. I also found the room to be very clean and well stocked with essential amenities. the air conditioning worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature.

pillow type restaurant access dark room difficult entrance
The location provided easy access to many restaurants. The option to select a preferred pillow type was fantastic, helping me sleep better (I usually have trouble with hotel pillows).
My room was quite dark. The entrance was also difficult to find, especially when driving a car.

helpful staff comfortable bed disruptive noise car park
The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the local snacks the hotel provided (especially the biscuits).
My room was close to the automated car park. I experienced disruptive noise throughout the night because of it. The constant vibrations from the car park.

modern bathroom good space central location
The suite had good space and a modern bathroom. The pool is great, really. The hotel location is central and close to the Komtar building. It was very helpful I can walk to the big mall quickly.
The hotel did not provide breakfast.

Great stay with minor issues
microwave inclusion helpful staff induction cooker
The hotel room included a microwave, and the staff provided plates and bowls upon request. This allowed me to warm up food bought from the night market and enjoy it in the room. I appreciated the availability of an induction cooker and pot upon request for preparing meals.
