a perfect villa stay!
fine view attentive host
i loved the fine views of lion's head and camps bay (it was nice!). the villa was clean and very well-equipped. trevor was a fantastic host and super attentive.
the host didn't store our luggage before our flight, it was an unpleasant surprise. it created a bit of an inconvenience.

the villa had a beautiful pool with comfortable sunbeds available for relaxation. ample fresh ingredients and snacks were provided before my stay, a thoughtful touch (i felt really welcomed). high ceilings.

the hotel provided convenient parking. it's close to the centre, easily accessible by uber. several wonderful restaurants are nearby, it's easy to watch a sunset too.

The host was helpful. He provided breakfast options and clear instructions for the security system. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. The views were fine.
The interior looked a bit dated. The onboarding procedure felt too detailed (especially after traveling). There were restrictions mentioned about having friends over for coffee or sunset wines.

luggage storage refusal early check out
the location was fantastic. the host made sure we had everything we needed.
The host refused to store our luggage before our flight. That was really inconvenient. early check out made it worse. there seemed to be no other employees present, so this kind of issue might happen again
