adequate location, but some issues
disinterested staff heating problem
the location proved convenient. it was near public transport.
I found the staff somewhat disinterested. Their attitude was not what i expect. the room's temperature was excessively high. The heating seemed permanently on. attempts to adjust it proved futile, and staff seemed unable to resolve this issue.

Fantastic Canal-Side Stay!
air conditioning friendly staff excellent coffee
The room included air conditioning. It worked perfectly as a heating system. Classic heating was behind curtains. This ensured no heat blockage. I enjoyed coffee in my room. Excellent coffee was also available at the front desk. The staff was very friendly. They quickly addressed any questions that I had.
The stairs were steep, which might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

A basic breakfast basket with sweet items was delivered directly to my room. It was a nice touch. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks were available in the reception area throughout the day. This service ensured I had refreshments at any time.

The location was central, with major attractions and tram lines nearby for easy transport. Our room overlooked one of the main canalswith a pretty, atmospheric view. I also found many lovely cafes and bars close by. It was easy to get around from here.

lovely stay
convenient location friendly staff high cleanliness
I found the location great since it was close to the trams and shopping (a definite plus). the staff were friendly and helpful, which i always appreciate. the hotel was very clean. I noticed it right away.
The stairs were quite steep. This could be a challenge for some guests.

the room had two placards, offering ample storage space. it was quite large, which i didn't expect (a nice surprise). the cleanliness was well maintained and i enjoyed the room.

the front desk staff took my luggage up and down the stairs. i also appreciate the helpful staff (they were very informative). the staff was very kind and cordial.

the hotel is in a very safe street, close to the canal. it is also a five-minute walk to dam square. tram access is convenient, only a block or two away.

a decent stay overall
great location complimentary coffee
We appreciated the location. It made it easy to walk to many sites. also, complimentary coffee and snacks in the foyer were a nice touch. (i really liked the coffee!)
we also heard footsteps above us several times during the night, so sleep was a little disturbed.

constant heating unavailable air conditioning
the location was easy to navigate to canals, a twenty minute walk to the central station.
the room was too HOT constantly, the radiator remained on day and night even on a warm May day. i attempted to turn it off myself without success so i asked the receptionist for assistance, but he admitted he had no idea how to switch the heating off. there was a fan present in the room upon arrival, i thought this was not a good sign.
