A stay with some minor issues
helpful staff fantastic pressure ample towels worn buttons expensive dinner cold food
The reception staff were very helpful. They gave useful local information. The shower had fantastic water pressure. There were also lots of towels available in the room.
The lift buttons were badly worn. They didn't light up when pushed. Dinner on level six was expensive. Reheated fish pieces were barely warm.

spacious room helpful staff clean unit luxurious toiletries
The room was spacious (I really liked the separate areas for watching TV and sleeping). The staff were helpful with my mobility issues. The disability unit booked for me was very clean. I found plenty of toiletries, so my stay felt more luxurious.
The rooftop restaurant was closed on multiple nights .

Spacious Room and Helpful Staff

Our room was larger than expected. The ensuite was very spacious and well designed. The bedding and furniture looked classy. Staff helped us, especially with parking. We had drinks at the rooftop bar one evening, followed by dinner.
The lighting in our room was too bright with all ceiling lights on at once. There were no dimming options. I thought the breakfast room service was expensive. It charged $12.00 for two slices of cool toast without condiments.

The King Room features two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It has a seating area with a sofa and a large flat-screen television. The room has ample storage space for luggage and clothing.
