the staff assisted with our luggage. they stored it in our room because we arrived early. the spa complex was a highlight it was enjoyable.
the bathroom felt slanted this initially concerned us. the western breakfast options were limited the japanese breakfast options were better.

I loved the rooftop spa. It had indoor and outdoor baths with a great view. Breakfast was delicious (especially the scrambled eggs!). The spread had variety. Everything was cooked fresh.
The lobby is on the 14th floor. Going up and down for check-in and checkout took some time. This was a bit inconvenient.

fantastic stay!
convenient locationnearby trammodern sculptureshort walk
the location is convenient! it's in the middle of everything, and i easily traveled all over the area using the nearby tram, which stops just around the corner, i found a lot of places to eat, all within a short walk. the modern sculpture in the lobby is gorgeous and added such a nice touch.
the bathroom felt a tiny bit slanted, initially giving me a slightly nervous feeling.

the hotel is very near chinatown and traditional temples! the historic dejima zone is also close, and a tram transfer stop provides trams to the atomic bomb museum. it is easy to reach the station and ropeway from this stop.

i really enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant, and the rooftop onsen was amazing! using the onsen after a long day of sightseeing was a real highlight, so i recommend you visit it too!

The staff was pleasant and cute! one of the staff members, johnny, was really good. I forgot my glasses, and he promptly sent them to my hotel in tokyo after i noticed. his dedication was amazing!!!

my room was modern with a large bed and it was bigger than most hotel rooms, this made it really great! i had a corner room, so i also had a nice view from a lounge bank. i could sit and relax.
