Really good Hotel Experience

I stayed for several days and found the hotel to have beautiful interiors. Two outdoor pools offered relaxation, along with two spas. Breakfast and dinner were set in lovely gardens, and libraries provided quiet spaces. The team's attentiveness included a wedding champagne, a very nice touch!!!

The gym was basically non-existent. It shouldn't be advertised as included. The staff looked nice until there was a problem. The parking situation is also tricky. Valet parking costs 60 euros a night, and I believe it's too much considering the cost of the hotel.

The gym WAS basically NON-existent. It really shouldn't be advertised as included, as it was a VERY small space with limited equipment, barely enough for a basic workout.

I loved the charming outdoor areas. They were so peaceful. the staff were attentive, always ready to help with a smile. it. the hotel breakfast was delicious, with many fresh options to choose from.

The small pool area needed a little more attention. The lounges were a bit worn.

Ambience Over Substance

The gym was a joke. It shouldn't even be listed as an amenity. I had trouble finding the place initially and then the staff acted put out because their concierge apparently waited for me. The parking situation is ridiculous too. It is not straightforward and paying €60 a night for valet parking feels like a ripoff considering the cost of the hotel. We were glad to leave.

i had a couple of issues. the room's air conditioning was NOT GOOD enough and it was quite hot. i also didn't find enough variety at breakfast, with the same options EVERY DAY. this was disappointing.
