The location is excellent. It is very close to the metro! the staff members were helpful with directions and recommendations. i really liked the free coffee available around the clock. the discount on valet parking for vip members was an unexpected perk!

i stayed in a superior suite. the room included a full kitchen with ample space for preparing meals. i found complimentary coffee and water available throughout the day in the lobby, very convenient. the staff was helpful and quick to respond to requests, providing excellent service overall.
The breakfast room was a little cramped. It was a minor inconvenience.

The location allowed easy access to many restaurants and museums. This was very convenient. my room was excellent, especially regarding cleanliness. the staff were friendly and provided helpful service .
the daily parking fee was $50, though i got a discount with expedia vip status. this still felt expensive, and i wish parking were more affordable.

The location was really good. I could walk to many attractions. The room included a full kitchen. It was very convenient. The gym had enough equipment for a quick workout.
I found light streaming in from the hallway around the door edges, distracting. The pillows seemed like weird concrete-marshmallow, they were too firm.
