perfect location efficient check-in huge bathroom hotel café
The location IS perfect, just opposite the town hall. It is easily accessible. Check-in was efficient and quick. The room featured a huge bathroom, i loved it. The hotel café is perfect for drinks.
The service WAS a bit slow, i think they can impove it.

The hotel stands opposite the town hall and at the edge of a pedestrian zone. This makes it easily accessible. it is very near to major sights. Many restaurants and cafés are in the neighborhood.

My beautiful room included a large bathroom with all necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. i also liked the provided welcome drinks, a very nice touch.

cold breakfast leaking drain
The breakfast was a letdown. my eggs and bacon arrived almost cold. I needed to get salt and pepper myself. also. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask for more. the sink drain leaked, i told them about it the first night, but nothing happened.

my beautiful room faced the square it included a balcony the room was super clean. the hotel offered breakfast and the staff was helpful

the interiors was very comfortable. i had a great room in a perfect location. i appreciated the funky decoration and the central location.
the floor near the shower was slippery. i fell and hurt my rib. the manager dont seem to care much about my accident.

great location individual service tiny pool limited loungers
The location was amazing, putting me right in the heart of everything. i also really liked the breakfast. It was a curated individual service, quite different from a buffet.
The pool was smaller than i expected. there were limited loungers. i also found that not all the bedrooms were the same. Some had baths while others had double sinks, something i didn't know before i arrived.

The room was beautifully decorated with a balcony overlooking the square. It really added to the experience. the staff were consistently attentive and helpful, providing quick assistance when needed. the rooftop plunge pool offered a refreshing escape after exploring the city, it provided amazing views.
the breakfast service was sometimes a little slow, especially during peak hours.

ideal location friendly staff small pool unequal bedrooms
The location was ideal. the staff were friendly. drinks before dinner were lovely. It was a beautiful spot to watch the city go by.
Not all bedrooms are equal. rooms have baths, while others have double sinks. I had one of the smaller ones. also, the pool is tiny with only ten loungers, so planning is necessary.
