i thought the hotel was very modern and well decorated! the shower was hot, a really nice thing (i liked that). i found the hairdryer and iron to be very good quality. the valet parking service was efficient too!
The valet guy told us we could park in the front on the side, but did not explain a fee was required. i feel it was a bait and switch. Paying to park in the garage may have been a better move.

The corner room had a nice city view. The hotel was quiet. It was just one block off Beale Street. I parked in the garage across the street and I did not move until checking out.
Our rooms were not the one what we booked. I complained to the woman at reception. She said that they do not have those rooms at this hotel. The woman at reception was not nice and treats us with disrespect.

The staff helped me when i couldn't find a luggage cart. She even walked to the hyatt centric next door. i could choose between the café or the centric restaurant for the included breakfast. I picked the centric since it had more vegan options. both spots had plant-based milk for coffee and tea. the woman who checked me in was really helpful and friendly!

The hotel was clean and well kept. I had a corner room that provided a great city view. It was quiet despite the hotel being fully booked. Its proximity to Beale Street allowed me to park across the street and explore the area without needing my car.

i liked how close it was to the river. the cafe on the first floor looked very cool. there was much nature around the hotel. i found many spots, near of the hotel.
