inadequate soundproofingstreet noise
I found the soundproofing to be inadequate. noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms were easily audible. this lack of sound insulation disrupted my sleep and diminished the overall sense of privacy. the noise from the street was also audible throughout the night. Some heavier curtains would help.

i found communication before my arrival to be very helpful. the location was very nice close to many attractions i wanted to visit. my room had modern facilities and was clean. the hosts provided excellent support making my visit very comfortable
a minor issue was the limited number of readily available taxis right outside the hotel i needed to walk a couple of minutes to locate one.

there was a coffee machine available for use. i noted there was also a small shop just downstairs i could get any extra provisions i needed. many restaurants were very close by too.

this hotel is close to the trevi fountain. the spanish steps are also within easy walking distance. many historic treasures are within 10 minutes walk. it is in a very good location.

really good hostsdaily service
marco and emnuele are really good hosts. cleaning services happened daily, with utensils replenished. the room gave us a feeling of actually living in the city as romans instead of staying in a typical hotel.
the elevator seemed a tiny bit slow.

i found the host helpful. the beautiful double room spa bath was spacious. the king sized bed was indeed very comfortable. i really appreciated the provided toothbrushes.
the hotel is located on the 3rd floor and there isnt much of a view.

the location was great for accessing main attractions with only a short walk to the trevi fountain and the colosseum i found many shops and restaurants nearby i appreciated the mini-fridge with free water and reasonably priced drinks the staff were very friendly and helpful we were able to leave our luggage after checkout because of a late flight
the room's lighting was a bit dim for my preference

adequate stay with some issues
bathroom draindim lighting
I was a bit disappointed by some aspects of the room. there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom drain and it was quite unpleasant. also, the lighting in the room was really dim. It made it hard to see things properly. i think the maintenance could be improved. It wasn't quite up to par.

broken faucetmissing plaster
The name 'Luxury Rooms' set expectations too high. Our room had some issues. The shower faucet was broken and the toilet button was also faulty. I saw some rust on the sink lamp and mold around the window. The walls had scratches and missing plaster. It didn't feel luxurious
