The location is fantastic, practically on the Spanish Steps. Staff were very nice and helpful. They even assisted with taxis. I had trouble with the safe, and staff quickly showed me how to use it.

The entrance was difficult to find initially.

The room included a comfortable bed and a robe. A great quality hairdryer was available (a feature I appreciated). The room was clean and looked newly renovated with good air conditioning and lighting throughout.
