The room had modern decor. It also had good cleanliness. Breakfast featured a good variety of food.
The air conditioning did not seem to work. The room was very hot. There were not enough towels after the room was cleaned.

The location was convenient. It was near the main train station. the room was really clean and included a huge space to work. housekeeping was very helpful and friendly with requests!
the room was a bit hot while the outside temperature was cooler. the ventilation system wasn't great, so humidity stayed in the room after showers.

The hotel is really close to termini station, i found it super convenient. the tube station is also just around the corner. That makes getting around easy. you can reach many sites quickly.

I enjoyed a wide selection of food at breakfast. There were lots of options. the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. This made my mornings better. there was always something new to try.

The staff were friendly attentive and always ready to help. Their hospitality stood out. every detail from check-in to check-out was handled with care and professionalism. i felt genuinely welcomed and valued.
