the pool was a good size and looked clean
I was quite disappointed to discover there was no hot water in the bathtub. also, the staff seemed overwhelmed. I felt there was a communication barrier when i requested things outside of their standard procedures

The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an really good job (i loved it!). The breakfast offered a cooked-to-order dish plus a small buffet. The buffet included salad, fruit and yogurt.

The suite WAS gorgeous. The hotel offered a quiet environment. The pool area was lovely. The reception staff and security guard were NICE.
This posed a minor inconvenience . i hope they address this issue soon.
