hot water communication barrier
the pool was a good size and was clean
I was quite disappointed to discover there was no hot water in the bathtub. also, the staff seemed overwhelmed. I felt there was a communication barrier when i requested things outside of their standard procedures

fresh salad fruit buffet really good job
The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an really good job (i loved it!). The breakfast offered a cooked-to-order dish plus a small buffet. The buffet included salad, fruit and yogurt.
The elevator is small, which might be difficult for families with strollers.

quiet environment reception staff
The suite WAS gorgeous. The hotel offered a quiet environment. The pool area looked lovely. The reception staff and security guard were NICE.
The elevator WAS small for families with a pram. This posed a minor inconvenience . i hope they address this issue soon.

Our one-bedroom suite offered ample space. The bed featured soft bedding. The provided linens and towels were clean .
