Very nice Boutique Experience!

I have to say, the reception staff were amazing and they helped me rent bikes easily. I booked a tour to Chichen Itza through the hotel. The hotel even gave me a box of oatmeal to take with me it was so thoughtful. Free access to the Diamante K beach club was fantastic. The beach is gorgeous!
The room was a little too dimly lit. It was not ideal for makeup application.

The King Suite Balcony Garden View room featured a cozy boho vibe. The beds are good and the shower is very good. Everything felt clean and fresh upon my arrival.

A Pleasant Stay

The location was pretty good. There were many restaurants, food carts and a convenience store close. Alex at the front desk assisted with any questions. The breakfast had different choices each morning. We booked bikes with ease and took a tour to Chichen Itza through the hotel. The staff provided a box of oatmeal for us to take along.
The rooms are not very brightly lit. It made applying makeup a bit difficult, particularly in the evening.

The breakfast included fruit, cereal, drinks and hot cakes. Scrambled eggs were available daily for all the guests. The non vegan menu offers lots of other food choices.
