spacious room hot shower

the room was spacious (very important to me) and the hot shower was great. complimentary tea and water were always available, which i found helpful.

the bathroom had no windows and not enough ventilation.

salt artwork water dispenser central location

the hotel was close to the main streets. my room included salt artwork on the walls. i appreciated there were drinking water dispensers near reception and on the landings.

my shower lacked hot water for a while and this was a problem.

the hotel has a restaurant where i ate hamburger and ceviche. i found both the dishes to be quite good. breakfast included variety, it was also rich.

the sauna is an interesting addition. the staff were friendly and helpful and helped to organise taxis. the hotel helped to organise laundry services quickly.

shower flooding soaked towels

i was a bit disappointed, honestly. the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it because of a bad slope. we asked for them to dry the bathroom and change the towels since they got soaked, they changed the towels, but they did not dry anything. it was annoying!
