the size of the room was quite large. it made it difficult to keep warm. i also found that the breakfast service was slow. it seemed hard for them to keep up with demand.

The breakfast provided ample choices, including fresh fruit. The staff arranged a taxi to the bus terminal, something I found very helpful. My room was very spacious and always clean. The location allowed me to easily walk to the main square in just a few minutes.

The entrance where registration happens is quite small.

the hotel was close to the main streets. my room included salt artwork on the walls. i appreciated there were drinking water dispensers near reception and on the landings.

my shower lacked hot water for a while and this was a problem.

the hotel has a restaurant where i ate hamburger and ceviche. i found both the dishes to be quite good. breakfast included variety, it was also rich.

the sauna is an interesting addition. the staff were friendly and helpful and helped to organise taxis. the hotel helped to organise laundry services quickly.

i was a bit disappointed, honestly. the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it because of a bad slope. we asked for them to dry the bathroom and change the towels since they got soaked, they changed the towels, but they did not dry anything. it was annoying!
