The super nice team with local directions. They told me about the best spots to visit. the location made it easy to walk to many attractions. i also found the breakfast to be fresh. It set me up for the day!

excellent city center stay
central location friendly staff quality breakfast unique decor
the location was excellent near sao bento station it provided easy access to key city attractions the staff demonstrated really good friendliness and attentiveness throughout my visit i appreciated the breakfast buffet it featured a variety of high-quality items to start the day well i also appreciated the vintage decor it gave the place a unique character.
the elevator felt quite small and somewhat dated.

helpful staff varied breakfast claustrophobic elevator complex access
The location was very accessible from the train station. It was a short, flat walk away. The reception staff was very helpful and the terrace provided a lovely breakfast room. The breakfast served was varied and good.
The elevator, was claustrophobic. It did not function as it should. The inside is labyrinthine. Access to the rooms was complex.
