the staff was friendly and the location acceptable, it was near a music academy and i could hear opera singers practicing in the afternoons.
the top-floor room only had thin light curtains and it gets very bright, i was awake from 6am every day. the terrace door did not lock, i complained 3 times but it was never fixed.

the location was GREAT, the host great, and the breakfast lovely. THE room also had beautiful decoration and was cozy. I would like to thank the staff for their help with luggage, and breakfast preparation, nothing was too much trouble.
the room was not very clean. there WAS rust on the chairs outside, the bathroom toilet brush also had rust on it. there were marks on the walls and overall the place seemed very tired, needing a paint job.

the breakfast included an assortment of fresh homemade cakes. homemade yogurt was also available, and eggs were prepared as desired. the cappuccino was delicious, one of the best.

staff helped with our luggage, they also prepared breakfast each morning. they were hospitable. the staff always offered valuable tips and recommendations for local spots.

the room had a good size and felt comfortable. the room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. the room included nice, tasteful furnishings.
