a wonderful stay
sandy beachturmeric smoothieinconsistent housekeeping
the location felt great, with easy access to the sandy beach (just a short walk). the room had fantastic air conditioning, i even had to adjust it to a lower setting. i found the staff very nice and helpful. the breakfast choices were good, especially the turmeric smoothie.
the room cleaning was inconsistent . despite requesting service and submitting the keys, the room received only basic tidying. the sheets and towels were not changed. i expected more thorough housekeeping for the price point.

the restaurant offered varied international dishes, with local options available (goan fish curry stood out). breakfast included a good selection, like the turmeric smoothie. filtered water was always accessible in rooms and public areas. i certainly enjoyed those meals.

the staff provided attentive service and prompt responses. they were very accommodating to requests. taxis and tuk-tuks were readily available for trips to nearby villages and shops. i really appreciated their help with everything.

the hotel gardens were beautifully maintained with lush vegetation. the hotel had a direct view of the ocean. the open-air restaurant also offered sea views. i found the ambience especially nice for relaxation.

the room was clean and cool (thanks to the air conditioning). colourful decorations with deep pink and bright green enhanced the space. the mattress was firm and comfortable. i slept well listening to the sounds of the waves at night.

unacceptable housekeepingstaff reaction
The room wasn't properly cleaned during my four-night stay. even after i handed in the keys for cleaning, only the bed was made. The sheets weren't changed, and neither were the towels! for a place charging what they do per night, that level of housekeeping is unacceptable, the staff's reaction was even more disappointing. I complained, but nothing changed

The whole hotel showcases beautiful styling with coordinating colors and stylish touches everywhere! cottages boast pretty colors. Big fluffy towels are in the rooms. soft bedding covers the comfortable bed! filtered water is always replenished, and tea and coffee making facilities are right there in the room.
The room descriptions were not very clear. That was a little frustrating.

The staff were responsive and tried to fulfill all our requests. They were so helpful! housekeeping was available daily, and they worked hard to keep everything clean.
