acceptable stay overall
excellent location friendly staff broken fridge poor air conditioning
the location was excellent. the staff was friendly and quick with requests (i felt very grateful).
The fridge in the room was not working. the air conditioning was controlled by reception. It was quite hot in the room sometimes.

breakfast had fresh choices (i liked the fruit selection). the staff was very helpful and quick with requests. the location allowed easy access to transport options. the restaurant offered a good dining experience.
the air conditioning settings were not easily adjusted inside the room.

excellent stay near the lake
perfect location friendly staff comfortable beds
i stayed for several nights and found the location superb. it was very close to the lake. the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. the room was very clean, and i slept really well on the comfortable beds.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so i could not adjust the temperature in my room (i prefer a cooler room).

the location provided excellent access to the lake and surrounding attractions. bus stops were a short walk. the ferry terminal was only two minutes away (very convenient for exploring).

the double room offered a lake view from the balcony. it was quite spacious. the air conditioning was effective, despite the central control system, to help cool me from the summer heat.

the hotel is situated perfectly near the lake. it provides immediate access to the promenade. the area is ideal for lakeside walks. the bus station is nearby as well.
