the location was excellent. the staff was friendly and quick with requests (i felt very grateful).
The fridge in the room was not working. the air conditioning was controlled by reception. It was quite hot in the room sometimes.

i stayed for several nights and found the location superb. it was very close to the lake. the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. the room was very clean, and i slept really well on the comfortable beds.
the air conditioning was centrally controlled, so i could not adjust the temperature in my room (i prefer a cooler room).

the location provided excellent access to the lake and surrounding attractions. bus stops were a short walk. the ferry terminal was only two minutes away (very convenient for exploring).
