slightly disappointed stay
poor soundproofing faulty air conditioning
the soundproofing wasn't great at all. i could hear everything from the lobby, like phone calls and conversations. also, the air conditioning in our beautiful suite kept breaking down, so annoying. it only got fixed after i asked about it twice on the second night of our stay.

drain odor rough towels
the breakfast selection Was acceptable.
i noticed a very STRONG drain odor in the bathroom. the air conditioning system made a loud rattling sound ALL NIGHT. also, the towels were quite rough and felt cheap.

wonderful experience
clean room attentive staff great location many shops
The room was very clean. staff was very attentive and hospitable. Really thankful. the location is on the main strip, so bars and restaurants were close. many shops were nearby. You'll be taken care of.
The hotel was bit noisy. conversations at reception and phone ringing were audible from the room. Made a little disturb.

Rooms were spacious and well designed with a luxurious feel and immaculate upkeep, ensuring comfort. the rooms provided ample space. It was easy to settle in. there was plenty of room for storage.

Staff members displayed kindness and helpfulness. Always attentive to guest needs. whether it was cleaning staff or those on reception, they ensured every guest was looked after. i have received a free upgrade upon arrival.
Facilities

The hotel provides a fresh water pool and surrounding area. This adds to its dreamy atmosphere. there is also food service with excellent menu options. the breakfasts were delicious. The diversity was good.

The location is central to surrounding nightclubs and restaurants. the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. This is despite its proximity to many points of interest. nearby is also a lovely beach.
