the staff were cute. they remained accommodating throughout my stay. amazing restaurants and shops sat right outside the doorstep. the room was also quiet and comfortable.
The fire alarm went off. I barely heard it. i only reacted when people gathered outside. the alarm sounded very low, and someone struggled to turn it off. i worry about safety in case of a real fire.

missing coffeebarely audible alarm
I was quite annoyed that there wasn't any new coffee provided for the nespresso machine after the first day, and no fresh bottle of water either. At the price i paid, those little things matter. it also bothered me that they needed to know my check-in and check-out times. i prefer to have flexibility without adjusting my schedule around their needs. the fire alarm went off but it was barely audible. I only knew because people were outside, a very low alarm, lack of flexibility, that's a real concern.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of the City

The apartment was very clean and well kept. I found beach towels and sunscreen available for guest use. The building looked new, and the staff was very friendly (they even provided a welcome gift!). The location was central, close to many restaurants and shops.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and noise from the square could be heard occasionally.
