central gem, a good experience
excellent locationtasty foodrooftop viewfriendly staff
the location was excellent being so close to el zocalo made exploring easy i found many street vendors with tasty food right outside i especially liked the rooftop with its great city views the staff provided friendly assistance and i felt secure with 24/7 door service. the building had a very trendy vibe.
during my stay, the fan provided in the room was not quite sufficient to combat the heat i would have preferred air conditioning.

the standard queen room had a practical setup the bed was comfortable i appreciated the stylish design i noticed that it contributed to a pleasant experience after long days exploring.

breakfast was simple it was a great added bonus to start my day i was able to enjoy a quick bite before heading out to explore the city the rooftop setting made this even better.

the rooftop bar offered great vibes the space had amazing views of the city it was nice to relax after a day of sightseeing the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

the location WAS acceptable, being near the main square.
the noise WAS bad. my room had old windows with gaps, i heard street vendors AND loud music. it was like i was sleeping on a bench outside. THE hotel needs better soundproofing.

the staff was very helpful with recommendations and providing information about the city i received travel information via chat and email the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a treat offering lovely views.
the absence of a sign made the hotel difficult to locate upon arrival it is only marked by a white circle from the outside.
