period features superb heritage friendly behavior
the receptionist provided superb service and demonstrated friendly behavior. my apartment contained period features and styling. i could view superb heritage from the windows.
the phone number did not answer, which complicated baggage drop arrangements.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Apartment
spacious apartment vintage furniture reachable staff
The apartment, São Bento II, felt spacious! The vintage furniture and quirky objects. I especially appreciated the daily bottled water. The staff was easily reachable, very helpful!
There was a concert right outside our room. It was loud! I couldn't rest after traveling.

Many great restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. This made finding a place to eat very easy. It added convenience to my stay because I did not need to worry about where to get food.

The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped. It also featured a great view! The daily cleaning was fantastic because I returned to a super clean space after a day of exploring. I appreciated it.

The location is fantastic as it is not in a heavily trafficked tourist area. I liked this a lot. Bairro Alto and Chiado were within walking distance. I loved how close I was to everything.

The hotel was equipped with everything I needed! It also seemed like home. The daily delivery of coffee pods was a great touch, I didn't need to buy any myself during my entire trip. It was great value!

safe location walking distance
the apartment was large. it had everything i needed inside (i was very happy about it). the location felt safe and was within walking distance of several restaurants.
the reception desk was often unattended. it made getting immediate assistance difficult (but not impossible!).
