dodgy area lack of elevator
the air conditioning worked fine, it kept the room cool enough.
The area felt a bit dodgy at night and i wished there was better sound insulation in the room. I could hear people talking in the hallway. also, the lack of an elevator wasn't fun with luggage. hauling bags up those stairs wasn't the highlight of my trip.

bad building smell uncomfortable neighborhood
the building had a really bad smell it was quite disgusting i must say they cleaned it eventually on the last day of my stay that helped a bit also the location is in a neighborhood i was not so comfortable with so it is something to keep in mind if you are bothered by that sort of thing

clean bathroom cute balcony
The room had a cute balcony facing the street. It was not busy. The bathrooms were very clean.
The shower, when I turned it on, was so powerful it shot water everywhere. It was also confusing recognizing the hotel.
