i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was superb with easy access to many attractions. i particularly appreciated the availability of complimentary water, tea, and coffee (this was a nice touch). the beds were really comfortable.

i noticed the bathroom was a bit small.

location was very close to plaza de españa. staff were attentive to requests. free coffee and water available every time i wanted it. the room felt super clean and i liked that.

the room don't have sound isolation between them so could heard everything.
