The location was awesome with restaurants close. Staff like Mr Paul was very nice.
The hotel had bad experience with guest regarding payment. I did not understand why my card needed security hold even after I paid. Breakfast wasn't added to room account so I payed directly.

The location offered easy access to the metro station! The staff were friendly. I really appreciated the room. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, ensuring there was something for everyone.
The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly. The sauna and hammam required an extra fee, which I found inconvenient. I also noticed that the room was small, which limited movement.

the metro station is very close, it is helpful. the room included a spacious layout to it. i observed plenty of train routes were accessible near the hotel too.
