the room was clean upon arrival. the breakfast included a good variety of food options. i appreciated the attentive staff, they promptly addressed my requests. the hotel offers convenient access to public transport right outside.
this caused delays, especially during peak hours. i occasionally waited several minutes.

the location was convenient near public transport. the breakfast included a nice selection of food. the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs. the room was super clean and the bed was comfortable.
the hotel provided only one water bottle on the first day. the water tank near reception was often empty. this was inconvenient especially during warmer weather.

The mini fridge was free and refilled every day I appreciated this amenity
I found the bar staff quite unfriendly the two guys acted as if they were doing me a favor when I ordered anything also one day they said you cannot drink by the pool then the next day they said you could My sister found a piece of plastic in the yogurt during breakfast
