traffic sounds breakfast variety
the BREAKFAST lacked variety. i ate the same thing every morning. the noise levels were HIGH. sleep was difficult because of the traffic sounds, even on the eighth floor.

the staff showed genuine kindness, and i felt welcomed. the room featured a spacious layout, detailed decor, and perfect cleanliness. the team provided excellent advice for local dining and sightseeing. my vacation felt well supported, i felt so relieved.
i noticed the common areas felt a bit chilly, and i wished for a warmer environment.

friendly staff clear view
The staff proved very friendly and helpful . my room offered a clear view of the nile and nearby landmarks. It was a great sight. the room was clean and new furniture was provided, which i found very convenient (everything felt so fresh!).
i experienced unacceptable noise levels due to the hotel's proximity to a busy road. despite the earplugs, sleep was still difficult to achieve during the night. it's an issue.
