rich mealfriendly staff
The breakfast had a very good selection. i also appreciated the rich meal buffet, it had many options. the spa area was fairly good. I found it clean. friendly staff assisted me with any questions i had.
The hotel is located a little far from the city centre. That's something i noted.

Enjoyable Stay With Great Food
varied foodwarm waterfriendly staff
I really liked the varied food both at breakfast and dinner. The water in the pool felt nice and warm. Staff members are friendly, i noticed that cleanliness in the entire hotel was good.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service, this was very handy. Vihren's footsteps can be reached by car in about twenty minutes. This made travelling quite easy.

Most staff members were polite, i liked that. I also find the free coffee and tea bag per day per guest to be a great touch. The staff were really good.

The hotel's ski storage room was a huge convenience for equipment. Shuttle services to the gondola were available. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff surprised us with a lovely gesture for my fiancée's birthday.

I found great value for the price. The restaurant provided very good food. The apartments are spacious..
I noticed children are allowed in the sauna. Many people did not use towels there. I observed the staff did not enforce rules about quietness or towel usage.
