The location was central to everything. The staff were helpful with directions and suggestions. My room had sufficient space for luggage. I found the hotel secure with its multiple access codes.
The floorboards in the hallway did creak a bit at times.

I found the location really great. It's in the city center. There was always someone available at the front desk, very helpful! I liked the easy room access with a code. A coffee shop and several restaurants were located right next door.
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear people in the corridor at night because of the squeaky wooden floors. I found it hard to sleep well. There was no kettle in the room, and also no fridge.

mediocre stay, COULD be better
thin wallscreaky floor
the room, it was small. i could hear everything outside and next door. the wooden floors REALLY creaked and it was annoying because EVERYONE could hear you move. also, the soap was only for hands, it was odd.

the receptionist let ME check in a bit earlier, which I guess was acceptable.
the wood floor creaking was SO loud. every time the person in the room next door walked, it sounded like they were jumping right next to me. I almost lost my damn mind.

I really appreciated the central location. It was perfect for exploring. the staff were also so helpful and friendly. they allowed me to store my luggage before check-in, a huge help.
the noise insulation was not good at all. i could hear everything happening in the corridor and neighboring rooms. also, the bathroom door didn't close properly, made privacy a bit of a concern.
