the front desk staff were genuinely nice and super helpful. i was allowed to keep my bags at the hotel after i checked out, a great plus. the location was superb for seeing all the sites, very accessible. the room was quite comfy and always super clean.

The walls are a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms, though it never lasted long.

the staff were friendly! maria at the front desk offered excellent recommendations,. the location proved IDEAL with easy access to major attractions. the breakfast had a LOT of options and variety.

the noise from the street was noticeable at times, particularly during peak hours. lighter sleepers should bring earplugs.

The hotel location is very convenient near many restaurants. Staff was available at reception 24/7 and provided easy luggage storage. The shower had good water pressure i noticed. The bed was comfortable for rest.

i found half of the lights in the room not working and the room had a slight odor especially noticeable in the bathroom

The location was acceptable, putting me relatively close to various points of interest.

The room was disappointing. Its ventilation was poor. The decor felt outdated and strange. The green telephone reminded me of something from the 80s. I found it impossible to rest well because of noise from both the breakfast area and a nearby outdoor event with loud electronic music. I reported this to reception, but they did not address it.
