the room included a kettle, which i found useful. the staff provided excellent assistance with directions. breakfast offered a lot of variety and quality food. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom .

friendly staffcomfy bedbroken air conditioning

my room had a good size with great city views and a comfy bed. there was also a mini fridge, tea and coffee, and a tidy bathroom. downstairs featured a nice seating area and a bar so this was all good.

the air conditioning didn't work one day when i returned after walking so i contacted reception. someone adjusted the fuse box. this was not a huge deal but was inconvenient.

breakfast had a good choice of items and i found the food was generally very tasty. the bar offered an evening menu and snacks and the service was very fast. there was plenty of seating available near the bar area.

the staff were courteous and helpful and were attentive to my needs. armanda provided excellent support when i needed assistance with directions and travel advice. the reception staff were always available to answer questions.

the hotel's location is great and close to the metro station. there is a good area with bars and cafes within easy reach from the hotel. it is situated in a residential area where most of the people are locals.

the staff was fantastic i felt so welcome. quality drinks came from the bar and kitchen. the location was so convenient! i found quality hand lotion and shower gel also a great touch.
