The staff spoke English, a HUGE bonus. Breakfast included fresh fruit and eggs, A great start to the day. I appreciated the pass for the underground car park down the street. It allowed unlimited entries.
I could not control the air conditioning in the room. IT was managed centrally.

I found the hotel very new and modern. my room felt spacious and clean. i especially liked the welcome note along with the bottle of champagne and treats i received. It was a very sweet touch. breakfast offered a lovely selection of items.
i did notice some graffiti on the outside of the building. it does not give a great first impression.

the hotel restaurant had delicious food when i had dinner there one evening. breakfast included a great choice of items for everyone's taste, and i found the coffee from the machine was quite good.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with modern equipment. there is a spa though i did not use all the services offered. i enjoyed using the pool at the back of the hotel.

The hotel is very central. Restaurants, bars, and shops are easy to reach. Breakfast had good value and many choices. I also liked the pool at the back. the hotel has courtyards for smokers.
The hotel had a delay at reception. They only had one person working. They need more staff on duty.

The room had a modern design. It included plenty of towels and a hair blower. The location was convenient, allowing easy walking to various attractions.
The toilet in my room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed a stain inside. The breakfast options were limited. Some trays were empty. It didn't offer a wide variety.

the location had me. i faced the park and it had an easy walking distance to sights. breakfast was fantastic! the staff was friendly. they left meringues in my room with a thoughtful note. it was a nice touch!
