The room was large and very comfortable. the receptionists were helpful and friendly. Each interaction was enjoyable.
The breakfast was not worth the money. it would have been better to eat at a cafe. Instead.

excellent central stay
superb location effective curtains cleanliness maintenance
the location was superb near the metro station. i found the blackout curtains effective and the beds comfortable. the hotel maintained cleanliness throughout my visit. felipe greeted me warmly upon my arrival.
the breakfast was not included and it felt somewhat overpriced for the selection provided.

the facilities are modern and very well maintained throughout the premises. i observed that the wifi connection remained consistently stable, helpful for both work and leisure activities. this stability greatly aided in streamlining my daily routines.

central location polite staff super clean bathroom pedestrian street limited parking short time
The hotel had a central location within walking distance to major attractions. The staff was really nice and polite at all times. My room was clean, including a super clean bathroom.
The hotel is located on a pedestrian street. Reaching the entrance by car proved impossible when it rained. Parking nearby was limited to a maximum of two hours, if a spot was even available.

the breakfast was good with adequate options. i found leo at the front desk to be helpful.
the hotel facilities were generally good, though when i checked in i was arranged a room on the second floor below ground. it felt damp and dark.

non-functional air conditioning warm room
the breakfast was acceptable and filling.
I was quite disappointed that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. The room remained too warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostat, and this impacted sleep quality. it was certainly a negative experience.

central location shopping street friendly staff musty smell old building ground floor
The location is very central. It is on the main shopping street and is very safe. The staff was very nice too. I got offered portwine on arrival, that's was nice.
My room was on the ground floor. It smelled a little musty. I think the building is old. It seemed like the walls had been covered up.
