the location was acceptable.
The room temperature was not adjustable. The hotel controls it centrally. noises from the hallway were easily heard inside the room. additionally, cleaning in the bathroom was not thorough. The ventilator was uncleaned for a considerable time.

The hotel provided complimentary toiletries from Rituals, a detail I found particularly lovely. I noted with pleasure the presence of a large, comfortable bed in my room. I observed the walk-in shower featured excellent water pressure, a welcome feature.
Sound isolation proved imperfect, and hallway sounds were somewhat audible from my room.

the location was excellent for exploring. the staff was always friendly and ready to help, i appreciated their assistance. the room was impeccably clean. i also found the bed comfortable.
the climatisation system had a slight issue. despite adjustments, the temperature remained at 22. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

i was thrilled with my room, it featured air conditioning. the breakfast selection included eggs, sausages, muesli, yoghurts, pastry, and fruit. the location is central. i loved how clean and well kept the hotel was.
the hotel's temperature is centrally controlled. i couldn't adjust the room's thermostat to my preferred setting. it would be great to have individual temperature control in each room.

The hotel's location was indeed central. I could easily walk to many attractions and the metro station was close (about 5 minutes). I found the staff helpful, especially with directions. The room was large and the bathroom had decent space.
The towels were not replaced , and the bed was not properly made (this was a slight inconvenience). I also noticed a small gap around the door, so soundproofing was not ideal. Still, I had a great experience overall.

The receptionists were very cute. They provided helpful information regarding touristic sites. The staff were quick to offer assistance and recommendations when I asked about local restaurants.
