the room was big enough and modern. the location was the greatest advantage of this place.

I was disappointed by the breakfast. the selection seemed limited, and the quality was not good. the fruit tasted old, and the bread seemed stale. also, the gym equipment was worn. Some machines did not function properly.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. the beds were also very comfortable (i slept like a baby!). the room was cleaned daily and was kept super clean. i also appreciated the free minibar with water and soft drinks.

the coffee from the machine at breakfast wasn't the best, i would have preferred a pot.

breakfast included a wide variety of options like churros and fresh orange juice. there were also many restaurants located near the hotel, giving plenty of dining choices. scrambled eggs were available but tasted a little runny sometimes.

this hotel is conveniently located near the science center. it is also close to a large el corte inglés and a shopping center. a bus stop nearby runs to both the city center and the beach.

I found the location convenient near the science center and a shopping center. This made errands very simple. Breakfast had good variation with lots of fresh options available daily. The staff removed towels from unoccupied loungers by the pool, allowing others to use the space. The receptionists were particularly helpful .

The lighting in the restroom was strong, which could be bothersome for some guests.

The room included air conditioning and a selection of toiletries in the bathroom, appreciated. My room was on a high floor and it remained quiet throughout the entire stay, improving sleep quality. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

The breakfast offered many choices suitable for various dietary preferences. Everything tasted fresh. I would have prefered coffee directly from a pot, rather than using a machine. The scrambled eggs could have been cooked a little longer for a firmer texture.

The pool area was very clean and well kept. This enhanced the experience. The hotel has parking available. It also has a bar that is very handy for snacks and drinks. The rates there were fair.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. I did find the staff serving pasta the night before a marathon very considerate. The reception staff was especially nice. Their helpfulness stood out. I would stay here again.
