The suite upgrade was a good surprise! High ceilings and parquet floors added character. Thoughtful amenities included quality linens and even two hairdryers. Housekeeping was also very attentive. The location was superb. Luxury shopping was to the right, and the main square was to the left.
The bar was not open in the afternoon, and there was no coffee available in the morning, a minor inconvenience.

The location is really good, with key attractions and luxury shopping within easy reach, and the proximity to main plazas is convenient. Several restaurants and cafes are nearby. There are also several stores around the area.

The staff members were genuinely attentive and accommodating, readily addressing needs and providing assistance. The housekeeping services were consistent and thorough. This helped me feel safe. I also felt valued as a guest.

The location was ideal for exploring many museums and parks while remaining on a quiet street. I appreciated the front desk staff's help in suggesting local restaurants based on my preferences. My room was comfortable, with a nice shower and a separate tub. The hotel gave welcome snacks, a great personal touch.
I found that some of the storage in my room was lacking for a longer stay.

The breakfast buffet offered an excellent choice, it was delicious! the location was great. It was convenient for exploring. i really liked how all the staff were helpful and friendly.
The recessed ceiling lights in my room would not switch on. That was a small bummer.
