great choiceattentive staff
i found the breakfast to be really nice. it had a great choice of options and the staff were attentive. the spa was a highlight, i had it all to myself!!!
the housekeeping did not change our water glasses during the entire stay.

A Pleasant Stay

The hotel boasts a perfect location near the underground stop. It took us only 50 minutes to reach the airport (via the 100 bus with one change). The rooms are spacious, and I found them very comfortable. I appreciated the walk-in wardrobe and the large bathroom with its double sink.
The wellness area seemed a bit small for a hotel of this level (maybe for a 5 Hotel). I noticed that there were only 2 loungers and 2 chairs, one of which was broken. I was disappointed that some features in the room were not as expected. The staff did not provide the level of service I hoped for.

The hotel kept its Art Nouveau decor. Latest technology meets comfort. I found great preservation in the rooms and facilities. I loved the location, quite near attractions. It sat on a calmer street.
The bathroom felt small. Taking a shower caused some water spillage. I found it difficult to keep the bathroom dry. The housekeeping staff also didn't replace my water glasses.

i found the art nouveau design charming, especially the ornate details. breakfast offered a wide variety of options (i liked the pastries). the location was very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. the staff arranged airport transfers , made my departure stress-free.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak, made working remotely a bit challenging.

the room was clean and the location was close to everything we wanted to visit.
The bathtub was very dangerous. It was hard to enter and exit because of the interior slope and height. also, the shower head kept falling apart when i tried to adjust it. the glass door was too narrow, so a lot of water ended up on the bathroom floor.
