The location proved to be very convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants. the room included many outlets, quite useful for charging multiple devices. the pizza at the restaurant was excellent. I enjoyed it very much.
The air conditioning did not function properly. It was disappointing for a four-star hotel during the summer. the rooftop facilities were often closed. It was too small when they were open. i found these facilities very poor.

The location was quite central. It made getting around relatively easy.
The noise insulation was not great. I could hear voices from the corridor and music from the gym (even the toilet flushing from upstairs!), which was quite disturbing.

the hotel's location are great and I had easy access to many shops. the rooftop bar was good. I did like the 360 view it has. the staff were superb and friendly.
i found the air conditioning to be ineffective. my wardrobe door was dragging along the carpet so it did make noise. there are times where it took 15 minutes to get to my floor.

The hotel provided a very convenient location directly on a main avenue. Public transportation was easily accessible. The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was very complete with multiple options. The hotel room included CR memorabilia, a nice addition.
