The breakfast offered many options. The full English breakfast was very delicious. The team showed excellent service. The service at the bar was great. The pool area was great. It had a complete bar service.
The reward benefits weren't available. The staff said I wasn't entitled. I feel that there should be no difference in benefit entitlement no matter where you book.

i loved the professional and helpful staff. dani was really good! the room was super clean and large. communal areas looked fantastic with christmas decorations, so exciting!
access for dropping off luggage before check-in was difficult! we had to use a narrow side street. the car park was two streets away, pretty inconvenient

the staff showed really good kindness and attentiveness! they readily assisted guests with directions and recommendations. the breakfast service was efficient, and the staff always seemed enthusiastic and ready to assist everyone.

the hotel features a rooftop terrace perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a drink. i found easy parking nearby costing 19 euros nightly for a locked carpark. a nice lobby and bar area is available to hotel guests, totally cool.

loyalty account problem
The system failed to recognize my loyalty account. I gave the number at check-in, also mentioned it to the staff more than once. None of the benefits applied. It was disappointing to be denied a late checkout.

the staff were very friendly, they even gave us a bottle of cava since it was my birthday. the location was great, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and the bull ring. the show there was very entertaining.

i stayed in a superior double room! the bed was comfortable, and i slept so well each night. the cleanliness was superb, i noticed that the room was super clean.
the room doors slammed quite loudly! i heard every door slam on my floor.

The hotel offered convenient motorcycle parking in designated garage areas. The swimming pool was lovely and relaxing (a true oasis!). We were very happy with the sun loungers near the pool. I enjoyed the nice outdoor area.
During a power outage, staff did not check on guests to ensure their well-being. When I requested drinks during the outage, I was told card payments were not possible. There was no offer of complimentary drinks or snacks. i'm sure they could have been more proactive.
