insufficient air conditioninginconsistent cleaning
The air conditioning only went down to 22 degrees. It took staff three days to manually override it. Cleaners entered the room after a brief knock even when the do not disturb sign was displayed. They mostly emptied bins and changed towels without thorough cleaning

the rooms are spacious, i enjoyed having a double room, and the housekeeping kept it really clean. the reception staff were very helpful. the rooftop pool was fabulous. there was even a pink bar.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

modern stay with amazing views
spacious roommodern designbuffet breakfastsalt lake
the room was really spacious and modern. i liked the bathroom, especially the powerful walk in shower. breakfast was buffet style, and staff replenished it frequently. i paid six euros per day to park in the underground garage. the rooftop bar had fantastic views across the salt lakes.
the hotel charged for ironing services, which i found a little inconvenient, especially since i thought it was a standard amenity.

the staff was always willing to help, and they were polite. from reception to the cleaning staff on the top floor, everyone was very efficient. i felt well taken care of .

the rooftop swimming pool and terrace with the bar provided a great relaxation spot. there were enough sunbeds available. tables and seats. the hotel offered free parking outside. underground parking cost six euros per day, but i found it worth it.

i really liked the area near los balcones. it was quiet and scenic, also it was situated perfectly for both relaxation and exploration. top beaches were only a ten minute drive away. i found the location to be a major advantage.

I thought the food in the restaurant was good. I especially liked the breakfast. the buffet had bread, eggs, fruit, coffee, and juice. i found it to be a normal buffet breakfast.

i am grateful for my time there. the room cleaning service were thorough each day and i liked that. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to local shops.
