Very nice Boutique Experience!

The room was wonderfully spacious. It provided plenty of room to relax! A handwritten welcome note, along with complementary cake and biscuits, awaited us. The staff remained warm and friendly, and they helped with everything we needed. Nothing seemed a bother for them. I especially appreciated the reception staff.

The rooftop bar was open to external guests. It became very busy, so getting a quiet moment proved challenging.

The location is in a very Spanish area. It has an authentic vibe. A short five-minute walk takes you to the downtown area. This provides great access to local culture and city center amenities.

it really seemed like everything were just right. i was lucky to easily find parking right on the street. the location were perfect for exploring the city, made everything super convenient. it was just full of happy coincidences. the room were spacious and well-designed, with a smart layout.

for a five star hotel, i expected far more from breakfast. the buffet consisted of a few dishes arranged on a small table, essentials such as bread, muesli, milk, nuts were missing. a three star hotel offers more choice.

the rooftop pool stays open 24/7 which is a big plus. the hotel restaurant offers a tapas menu that is amazingly delicious and even got included in the michelin guide this year. i also saw they have live music at the rooftop bar.

the staff goes above and beyond with thoughtful tips and local recommendations. they even brought a welcome cake and cookies, with a handwritten note, and gave two bottles of water at checkout. i felt pampered as they cleaned the room two times daily.

the hotel is in triana. i discovered it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but is just a few minutes away from the lively triana strip. there were some yummy tapas bars near the hotel and good prices too.

the location was good.

FOR a supposed 5-star place, breakfast was seriously lacking. the buffet had just a few things, and basic stuff like bread and cereal was missing. ALSO , the rooftop bar was open to the public AND it was loud at night.

the room was spacious. it was well-designed too. the shower had strong water pressure and included l'occitane products. the staff also brought a welcome cake and cookies, with a handwritten note.

The rooftop bar is open to external guests. Live concerts happen there. you might not get peace and quiet in your room until after midnight. :(
