Alessandro provided excellent assistance with my luggage at the station. The location was really good and convenient to explore attractions. Staff offered helpful tips for local places and dining. I loved the breakfast. It provided a variety of choices and always fresh options, especially the pastries.
The a/c was not working and there was no fan available. The room felt too hot, affecting my sleep quality. I raised the issue daily, yet no resolution was given.
