the dining experience started well but deteriorated. staff were often inattentive needing prompting for basic service. the lack of a fridge in the room was quite inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks. also, the hot water was unreliable after 9 am it made morning showers a bit of a gamble.

the complimentary hikes were really good with knowledgeable local guides. i enjoyed the wine tasting and the yoga. the food was amazing too.
the room did not have a fridge. there was no hot water after 9am. even after reporting it i had this ISSUE.
