a sweet haven downtown
central locationattentive staffnice stayslow capacity
the central location was perfect for exploring. staff was so attentive and helped us with our luggage and gave us directions. our room had lovely city views. they really cared about all the little details.
the breakfast area sometimes got a little crowded and the coffee machine had a slow capacity. i wish there was another coffee machine.

the concierge was always ready to help, they offered great recommendations for local restaurants. the housekeeping was very efficient and kept our room super clean. staff had such warm smiles.

I noticed some issues . The lack of clear instructions about the shutter operation was inconvenient. I had difficulty controlling the light in my room, impacting my sleep. The bed's firmness also became a problem. It was too hard. The breakfast quality seemed quite low..

the room was quite spacious and clean. i had a beautiful room city view (it offered a nice perspective of the surroundings). breakfast included a good selection of items. the staff was helpful with bicycle storage.
the heating was turned off a bit prematurely. an electric radiator was provided as an alternative.

i found the breakfast very complete. the air conditioning worked very well. the hotel is located in the very center, a romantic convenience for exploring. the situation of this hotel felt just right.
my standard double room did not appear as advertised. the rooms was like tiny box rooms. the reception staff proved unhelpful when i asked for help. this felt very underwhelming overall

unfriendly staffskylight room
the breakfast was NOT appealing. my room had a skylight with no view. i complained, and eventually i received another room facing the courtyard. it was what was LEFT, even though i had booked MONTHS in advance and stayed four nights. the staff were NOT particularly friendly during my complaint.
