Fantastic Hotel Near Everything!

The location is seriously amazing. It's near all the shopping spots. Access to the subway is super easy. I could find all sorts of yummy food nearby! Plus, the staff was always there to help, especially when my taxi didn't show up. Jack Wang at the front desk got me another one in a flash. I got to the airport on time!

I wanted to get some work done, but connecting my computer to the network was a struggle. Someone came to help, but even they couldn't get it to work. More fruit selection would be great for the summer at breakfast!

Excellent Stay in Central Location

I found the gym to be well-equipped, I saw many options for a solid workout. My room had a fridge, which proved useful for storing drinks and snacks. I enjoyed having a large room. It gave me plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring.

The hotel should improve its deposit process. I was charged a different deposit amount than other guests. The lack of consistency created confusion and frustration.

The hotel has a gym with treadmills and weight machines. I got a great workout. Room service is available 24/7, offering convenient dining options. The food was AMAZING!!!
