The room was super clean and well kept. The room service I ordered one day was really good. I also made use of the sauna , the spa , and the swimming pools , and I thoroughly enjoyed all of them. The staff proved helpful and kind.
During my checkout , I experienced a slight delay due to a queue.

i loved the location! it was really close to the metro and shopping centers, i could walk to the places i wanted to see, especially the shanghai exhibition center. the hotel made an early room available for me and i didn't have to wait.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathrooms, like the grouting needed some work.
