The lack of cooling air conditioning presented a major issue. The room reached 26 degrees Celsius during the day, while it was much cooler outside. The hotel WiFi did not allow my VPN to connect, this created further frustration. I asked staff for explanations regarding the air conditioning and VPN connectivity, their responses lacked useful information.

the hotel seemed old, and the ceilings felt low. traffic around the hotel was heavy (it made getting around difficult). i also noticed some dated furniture.
