Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Flaws
clean roomunfriendly personless than cute arrival
The room was clean , which I suppose is the bare minimum.
I found it annoying that there was no one at the hotel to check me in . I had to trek over to the restaurant. The person there seemed put out by the request. It made the arrival process less than cute.

the staff impressed me with their cute and friendly attitude, nothing seemed too much. i was grateful for the ground floor room since i wanted to do some shopping. breakfast was a buffet and i found it to be very good value for money, the staff were always available.

the location is great if you like shopping and plenty of shops are within walking distance. a huge sainsbury's superstore sits just on the other side of the road. ample space available exists for parking, a useful feature.

dining facilities are on the premises, i found that to be quite convenient. the food was delicious and always piping hot, a welcome surprise. breakfast included sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, and potato cakes plus a continental selection.

the room was tidy and convenient and i found all necessary bedding and towels were provided. there were ample charging points for our mobiles. the bathroom was clean and spacious. hot water was readily available.

the room was super clean and very quiet. i slept really well in the very comfortable bed. i really appreciated being so close to the shopping centers (perfect for a bit of retail therapy!).
the bathroom floor had some stains and could have been cleaner.

the hotel provides good parking with easy access for cars, which i found helpful. it also offers ev charging facilities, a great bonus for electric vehicle owners. free wifi is available in the rooms.

this hotel had ample charging points, which worked so well. the bathroom was so clean. it was spacious with hot water. i found the parking very ample, i did appreciate that. a sainsbury's superstore was right across the road, and that helps a lot.
i did notice the room i stayed in was basic. the pillows weren't supportive, and they did feel cheap. there was only one chair available, and that wasn't enough. the room felt small for the amount of people staying there.
