The staff were courteous. they showed genuine interest in my stay. the location was central. The room remained quiet despite the vibrant surroundings. the breakfast was amazing.

the staff offered a warm welcome. my room was generously sized. i found the bed very comfortable. it was nice to have tea and coffee available in the room (a small but appreciated touch). the breakfast provided a decent start to the day with lovely staff tending to it.
i noticed a slight noise from a nearby venue during the night, but it subsided eventually.

The location was central, near shops and restaurants. Staff members were friendly and helpful , it was greatly appreciated. The continental breakfast offered a good variety , and I found it to be very satisfying.
I did notice some noise from the bar downstairs , and it was a bit disruptive. This could be a problem for light sleepers, and earplugs might be necessary.

I found the staff to be friendly. the hotel has a bar downstairs. the location is very central with many attractions nearby. i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It included many choices. the central and queen street stations are within a short walk (i would say 5-10 mins).
The room had few outlets available. None were near the bed for charging my phone.
